Music My Savior
I listened to music to help me escape
Help me escape from this terrible world
That judged how I looked & told me to die
That I deserve this pain I hold inside
Music told me it's okay
It's okay to feel this way
Music dried the tears from my eyes
Music held me close when I wanted to die
It told me I'm never alone
Music made me feel whole again
It never judged me when I bled
It sang to me when I was close to being dead
Music brought me back
Music helped me live
My hero's in my music
Thank you for teaching me how to live.

Looking around at various music poems. I like this poem as for many people music is the friend they turn to when there is no one else.
