Shy Love

I sat down beside him
not thinking he'd see
but once I was settled his eyes were on me
Piercing my every being

I was totally speechless.
I couldnt meet his gaze
my heart started racing
was he just playing games?

His eyes were so warm
they took my breath away
as the minutes ticked by I wanted him more
I still couldnt look up,
my eyes remained on the floor.
