what kind of world is this
when we have empty buildings
but streets filled with homeless
what kind of world is this
when so much food goes to waste
goes in the bin
when there's countless people
starvin'
strugglin' to afford to buy anythin'
what kind of society is this
where it's mostly the poor
and black in jails
not my society
clearly this society fails
