Thanks; one of our friends and I talked about acrostics months ago.
Still not sure about the haiku or tanka style but figured it was time to try my hand at this form.

thanks...lately I have come up with stuff that is so bad, I am not putting it here. Nice to see this one wasn't awful.
My attention was so undivided upon this ink i kept reading for more letters lol its structured poems such as this that holds and grasps my interest.. flow on my brotha, flow on. <3 Monroe_

Thanks---acrostics are really enjoyable as a device for introducing poetry to younger readers/writers.
