Erasing myself, to erase you
Scratching out my eyes,
to hopefully not see
you in my dreams.
Ripping out my tongue
to dissipate any taste
that may linger from you.
Breaking my ears to
erase your voice
from my past.
Obliterating my nostrils
to forget that deceitful
aroma that had once been
wrapped around me.
Scrapping off my fingertips
to forget how it felt
when we first touched.
to hopefully not see
you in my dreams.
Ripping out my tongue

The ending is meaningful. I know for me it encompasses how i felt. deceitful aroma wrapped around me, sounds perfect to describe my ex
