Where Shadows Fall
never wanted to be recessive
to distance myself from
the rest of the world.
unanswered sequences of words
hanging, lost in cyber space
as my cursor hovers in anxiety.
waiting for words that never come
reading from scraps of imagined life fill
reconstructed pages of this cyber scene.
never wanted to deal with baggage
of the things hidden left unsaid
between the cracks, we have lost ourselves.
with invisible letters kept close
it is how we clothe our lies
together but yet alone.
burning these bridges of memories
as death cycles, ebb and flow
trapped in the space where shadows fall.
to distance myself from
the rest of the world.
unanswered sequences of words
hanging, lost in cyber space
as my cursor hovers in anxiety.
waiting for words that never come
reading from scraps of imagined life fill
reconstructed pages of this cyber scene.
never wanted to deal with baggage
of the things hidden left unsaid
between the cracks, we have lost ourselves.
with invisible letters kept close
it is how we clothe our lies
together but yet alone.
burning these bridges of memories
as death cycles, ebb and flow
trapped in the space where shadows fall.
