the battle hasnt ended

      |The battle hasn't ended...|
Pressure comes upon her
As her mood changes quickly
From happy to sad
Then to sad to happy
They claim she's hardly working
when she's working hardly
Some of the others are too blind to see
The constant negative comments is changing her perspective
Perspective of her life
Depression comes upon her
Hurtful memories from the past is hitting her all at once
Once she was optimistic
But now its gone...
At the edge but somehow
Somehow she's holding on
Wishing her sadness can wash away
Hoping her low self esteem will fade away
Was on a verge of tears
But she kept on holding
Holding them in
Once someone asked her whats wrong
Then a single drop a tear came rolling out of her
She simply lied
Saying "Im fine"
Suicide thoughts start running through her mind
Fought the urge to cut her skin as if it was paper
Sooner or later, she will cut deeper & deeper into her skin as if it was paper...
Still fighting through the battle
Trying not to throw up the white flag
Just so she can show the devil it has not won...
