Snowflakes that stay on her nose and eyelashes
She looked so beautiful like that.
Hundreds of perfect, little snowflakes gently dusting her face and hair.
She looked so at peace.
Little white flakes getting stuck in her long lashes.
That was hours ago now.
A thin sheet of ice has since formed.
Sealing her emerald eyes shut for eternity.
Forever freezing her beauty.
Her petrified serenity glows from its icy shell.
I will keep her this way, encased in her glass coffin.
Hidden within a steel chest; never aging, never changing.
Never to be seen by outsiders who wouldn't understand.
My beautiful icicle; protected from the world of men.
