I have so many things to do
so many things to see
you mustn't tie me
to yourself with tears
be happy we had to many years
I gave to you my love
you can only guess
how much you gave to me
in just happiness
I thank you for
all the love you gave
but now its time I travel on
alone
so grieve a while if you must
but then let your grief be
comforted with trust
its only for a while
that we must part

no problem---if I only have one goof up per poems, it is a good day, especially since inspiration sometimes comes in the latest hour, when I should be sleeping!
