The Saga of Sir Creepy part I: Farm Boy
I fondly recall the days of my childhood
Playing Super Nintendo, watching Power Rangers, listening to Classic Rock and Classical music or playing in the woods
There was always something to do on the 58-acre farm
I spent a great deal of time observing wildlife and learning to identify the various species of plants
My older brothers taught me a lot about nature, which my father taught them when helping him with various jobs around the property
He always took me along with him on hunting trips, bush-hogging, pulling stumps, and the like
I developed a fondness for all types of farm equipment at an early age
My father was only around on weekends, he had a job as a lineman, which had him traveling all over West Virginia and parts of Virginia, and also did some logging and grew pot in his spare time to make extra cash
He was the hardest working man I've ever known, and still yet, everyone I know has a mixture of fear and respect for him
Standing a little over 6 feet tall, with a long beard, weighing in at around 200 pounds, he can be a pretty intimidating person to deal with
With all the income he was bringing in, we lived very comfortable lives with the exception of always having a lot of work to do around the farm
