eternal peace

the water gentely flows over my body
i float thinking about all the days gone bye
i find my self at peace
as the memories play like a film
some dark some light
i see the pain
i see the love
as i lay here the water flowing around me
i realize that even in darkness there is light
that even in shadows there is peace
with in the shadows no matter how much pain
there is still hope
there is still peace of mind
i float in the water of my mind
in the most sucluded place possible
as i float i see the people who have helped me most
i see those who have helped me but are no longer with me
i see all those who have made an impact in my life
those who have guided me and taught me
those who have shown me how to acheive peace
as i lay in the water i begin to drift
to and fro deeper and deeper into my own mind
i drift till the darkness becomes light
i drift till i have found
                       eternal peace
