Through my eyes.
I wish that for a moment you could look through my eyes
As I gaze upon you and see your beauty.
When I tell you, you think it lies
But to convince you is my solemn duty.
I cannot force you to perceive
This vision of you; the one I see
All I can do is ask; "believe"
And hope that you will join me.
You're camera shy. You shun away
When photo opportunities arise
But one day soon, I pray,
You will, just for a moment, see through my eyes.

Sometimes I wonder if it's insecurity or if we as women just think the man is lying to get something out of it. Either way, great poem :)

Let's be honest . There is no such thing as an unalturistic act, everyone does what they do because they get something out of it. In this case I want to help her see what I see because I want her, but know if I can't be the one then she needs to believe in herself enough to believe someone else can think like that... If that makes sense?
