To be positive is not easy,
in a world that’s nasty and sleazy.

As you make it while others fake it
mad men walk on the streets naked.

because most people are blind to the times
and see nothing but the grim.
To shine, you have to see past the slime
and stay on the grind
With love and money on your mind.

To be positive and not negative,
one must be constructive not destructive
Go as hard as a locomotive.

so if you believe you will achieve great things
like kings and queens of the past,
