Infinity
The ritual rope coiled around both our necks
Like a symbol of Infinity, binding our bodies
as we chose to bind our Spirits together.
I entered you, and we recited our secret oaths
tightening each other’s noose with each verse.
Playing the ultimate game, of lust and defiance,
We recklessly ventured so close to the Threshold…
Closer and closer,
our consciousness almost slipping into the Abyss..
so close, and then the climax, transcending everything.
The world seemed so Grey after you.
Some nights…I wonder if I am sinking into insanity,
feeling you on me, neck constriction, warm hand on my face..
An essence flowing through my body and Soul.
And part of me screams in regret I didn’t follow you back then.
