Heal Me

All I want is to curl up in your arms
Safe and warm like a little kitten
I can't keep holding resentment
Leaving my love quietly unwritten

I wondered if I'd fallen out of it
The net that held me firmly captive
Drifting away in a lonely way
No more kisses and hugs to give

Now I'm being pulled back in
Following the hypnotic Siren song
That sings the desires of my heart
Washing away thoughts of wrong

I want to take you in my embrace
Forgive you for every stupid mistake
I want my new wall of hurt to crumble
To forget the sting of my heartache

Any fear of drowning to be gone
Swept away along with frozen tears
I just want to lay here with you
Keep you as my love for many years

Come closer to me and kiss me �
Take my hand and save my heart
Only you can fix what was broken
Now would be a good time to start

Stay, my love, stay forever mine
Inseparable through every storm
No matter where we are tossed
In your arms I'm safe, loved, and warm

This is so gloomy yet beautiful! I love this Kitty! We all want to be healed by the one we love, especially if they're the cause of our wounded heart.
