The music it plays
a reminder
of the gone by days
can you find them
hidden far away
are you blind still
in the vision of today .
Does your memory stray
through the songs
we used to play
do you feel it eat away
choking words
we cannot say
broken birds
don't fly today
that sun did die
that shone those rays
nostalgia hurts
in many ways
it rips and burns
a unique pain
old tides can't turn
tomorrow's wave's
and we never learn
from our mistakes .[/font]
