It's like an excavation of humanity. Maybe done upside down though, so that you dig upwards until you reach the sky, having spent ages wading through soil. I like it a lot, it's poignant.

It's not insulting, or it is but it's insulting pretty much everyone equally and our society for the way we judge. I think it's clever personally.
