Reality

Reality is a strange thing
everything seems so real
but it's a figment that confuses you,
Illusion
Dream that's inside itself,
Inception
Makes you believe there's a certain path you have to follow
It puts all these obstacles in your way and expects you to overcome them
By yourself or with help
It gives no certain mission
You have to play detective just to find a path
But find yourself trapped at a dead end
Boat without a paddle
Shit out of luck

Reality likes to play mind games
Everything can be perfect at one point
Next it can drive you off a cliff
Leave you hanging on by a thread
A simple string holds your life
You got to be ready for her games
It can hit you when you least expect it
So put on your gloves
be ready to put them up
This isn't going to be a piece of cake
You could not come out of this alive
So fight like it's the last thing you got left
You got nothing to lose

Reality makes all your dreams real
All the pain
the lies
every little thing
Reality brings us down to earth
facing what we dare not to
It brings us closer to the things we fear
And farther from things we love.
Reality is truly a strange thing.
