i tried not to notice
I tried not to see
The redness in the eyes
The teardrops on a cheek
The weak smile of assurance
The shakey lie 'i'm fine'
Everyone knows that dance
Everyone's said those lines
I tried not to notice

But the mirror never lies
About what your doing to me
