My Crown My Kingdom
You once stole my crown
my being
without any feeling
but I'm taking it back
I'm tired of your crap
You think I'm weak
and that my world is bleak
without you
but thats not true
I am powerful
and my kingdom is wonderful
though not always sane
when I'm there i never feel any pain

yea i know that feeling of realizing that moving on was best. there was this famous poet or writer whose wife died and so he burned all the pictures and stuff that remind him of her and wen someone asked him why he said "to dwell on the past would be both weak and morbid"

This works because you used no structure, other than simple rhyme. It is short, but why write more when less is more!
