Someone To Blame

I know it doesn’t work on me
I’ll never forgive you for the bruises in my heart
I guess now it’s open though it’s closed
The store where I used to spend my days

My blood is sure runs so slow
And the amount of pain is so high that it can’t scar
It might stay with me forever
Just to remind me of how wrong I used to be

The ghosts are delighted to be dead
The time you wasted was nothing more than that
There is no need to scar this wound
If you think it’s better to be reminded of how
Wrong you used to be

My pain it sure stays so long
It’s so easy to say that you made the right choice
But you got live with it
Never forget, never feel this grief again

There is always someone to blame
But I’m a scar that won’t leave
There is always someone to hurt
Just know you can’t always be wrong
