Love wine, hips!
I love wine, but french one!
I love wine, red or white!
But, I prefer the best one
Yes, it is surely right
I love Bordeaux Saint-Emilion
Or Château Margot or Graves
You must open it early to have
The whole splendid sensation
When you taste in large glass
If not, you are a fucking ass
I love too the Burgundy wines
White, Chassagne Montrachet
Or Red, a classic Mercurey
And many other different wines
But you know what? The ectasy?
A roquefort toast, with lovely
Gewurtztramminer late harvest
Really and surely the best!!!
Just a wonderful thank to earth to deliver such jewel for our taste!

Not keen on Roquefort, but yes, Gewurtztramminer is lovely stuff, although of course, we don't get the best over here without it costing an arm and a leg...

Ah Petite, you never tasted a good Roquefort. I am born at 11 km to Roquefort and I love this cheese! But generally, you find only basic one.
I love the sentence 'it costing an arm and a leg"... In french, we say "it costs the skin of the buttocks", or "it costs an arm"!
Thank you for your comment!

Oh I need rhymes... Glass, Face and Ass are three words to be associated.. This time, it is Ass and Glass.. Funny to do that.
Thank you Gabriel to take time for reading and comment it

I know Vee that Californian wines are good too, but a Gewurtztramminer is very very nice wine. And you don't have roquefort!!! Sorry, I am partial too. Thank you for your pleasant comment, Vee!

we do have Roquefort cheese imported but i'm sure its nothing like the real deal that you get over there. And, i find Gewurtztramminer slightly on the sweet side for my taste, but again, its lovely to enjoy at any occasion.

Sure, Roquefort need to be carried carefully, because you must watch temperature and humidity. And the most usual Roquefort, Société, is not good, even in France.
I remember, many years ago, when I had visited my aunt near Skeneatlas, in north of New York state, she wished to get pleasure of a good french wine, and she bought a Beaujolais bottle. But it was really not good for us!!!

I agree Beaujolais that is sold here is not a good wine, it has too much acidic taste.
I find that most french wine which are reasonably priced in the states aren't that good. Unless one wants to spend good amount of $$ then the wine is better, but thankfully there are many other imported wines nowadays such as chilean or argentina, california has excellent red wine varieties so hopeless wine lovers like me get to try many different varieties.
Do you like porto? specifically the ones from portugal..

Next week, I was at Lisbon for my job and not be able to drink Porto, just a sangria! In Portugal, they have also Vine verde. But Porto is very nice, good to drink with Roquefort too (OK, it is my reference)!! Cheese are better with sweet wines.
Oh, I have not mentionned nowhere, but Pierre Frick produces wonderful Alsace wine, produces in organic culture, with the method of biodynamy (I don't know if you know that). And the best for me is Gewurtztramminer "Selection de Grain Noble" (form of late harvest)!!!

The organic wines do not contain sulfites which need to be drank right away, its gaining popularity here more and more for sure.
And, ty for the tip i will certainly look for that bottle next time i go wine shopping :)
