Javelin

Had to carry you all the way
Had to carry to the end
I can't regret what I can't control
But somehow I find a way to do it
Now I'm loathing, now I'm loathing

Hanging only from the soffit
Hanging only from a ledge
I can't control what I can't regret
But this lonely place is getting old
And I'm leaving, now I'm leaving

(Every sigh a break, every sign a wave
Show me how your myriads break
Every cry a lane, every tear will gray
Show me how your myriads fade)

We're just another one that hits
We're just a couple of bits
While you cry, I try my best to do so
But there's a wall blocking me
And no one helps

And that thing I did every weekend
It never ended, did it?
I was always, always a failure
Not only to myself, but to you
