Light

 
I have a light and it is shining
Bright it is warm and fuzzy.
It shine when I need him
It makes me laugh when the day is down
It makes me smile when I frown.
This light has powers he may not know
it is more than just shining light when I need it
this light is so much more
much more
This light showed me there is more to life.
This light is something dear to my heart.
This light is bright
He will always be something bright in my dark life.
My light is my New Hope on life.

Or so I thought as day by day it slowly dims
my mind going, my hands cold,  my scars old, but my light
My light
It going an no matter what even with all my might I can wish, I can pray, I can hope.
But no I can’t go back it so dark I can’t see the light it gone
because you went away.
