fold into one another
melting time
into rhyme
as sun gold leaves
travel on the wind
of a clear ice blue sky
they fall to pattern the ground
to greet the gentle journeys end
as they decorate streets in delicate arrangement
orange,yellow,reds and mauve
carefully paint notions of romance
into existence.
