Tomorrow's A Whole New Life

I took the bullet
And it tore out my eye
But I'll never be blind enough
To miss you again
I waited to be found
And never looked for you
Things have changed
In time we all do
I gave up before time
Time isn't your thing or mine
Buried deep in sorrow
I know tomorrow is a whole new day

And this life will be long gone soon
If I can't spend this life with you
Well, I'll try to be there the next time
Somehow I keep finding you without effort, it's probably me not you
Keep telling me that

I ruined her life
And stabbed her heart
Kindly begging for a little chance
To not miss you again
A statue tried to move
But the weather was ingrown
I might've said too much
And hurt you more
Got drunk and empty blooded
Cried a lot and fell for nothing
Sleep, I tried to borrow
I know tomorrow's a whole new life

And this life will be long gone soon
If I can't spend this life with you
Well, I'll try to be there the next time
Somehow I keep finding you without effort, it's probably me not you
Keep telling me that

With my head down, I closed my eyes and thought of how much I wanted to sleep, but the weather was ingrown
The weather was ingrown
I tried to talk, but the weather was ingrown
