Love Me
Read my poetry like it is silk falling through your lips
And with those lips,
Kiss me at specific intervals.
Say that you like the way my clothes drown my shoulders and knees
And don't expect me to be happy all the time.
Understand the patterns of my tears
… Hold my hands when I cry,
But promise not to break my fingers.
And with those lips,
Kiss me at specific intervals.
Say that you like the way my clothes drown my shoulders and knees
And don't expect me to be happy all the time.
Understand the patterns of my tears
… Hold my hands when I cry,
But promise not to break my fingers.

this poem replaced my poem "sex and scoliosis" which i am very sad i had to remove. some people were being immature and deaming me too young. i am mature beyond my physical years. that poem was very personal and to have it slandered by some idiot is disheartening.
so heres this one.

re: re: replace
some minds cant seem to grasp the greatness of moments beyond there reach
they just hope that in time they will be able to peek through the corner of retnas only sertain few are ment to.....
just carry on.... dont walk backwards in the sand and watch your footprints wash out by tides rolling in over them ...
continue to collect diming lighning bugs and butterflys with broken wings... mend them with your words ....
leave your mark deep on the bones of emery.... a knife with blunted tip.. dulled down to raise the threshold of pain ...to push the envelope ..
a daggered quill there to bleed out there hearts masses of judgemental lemmings destined to burrie there closed minds in the sand and wait for the tides to come rolling in

I think there's a whole world in those last two lines; they're the sort of lines you could think hours on. The way love and destruction go hand in hand. (sorry to hear that you had to remove that other poem...I wouldn't let the actions of some idiot dishearten you: fuck 'em).
