happy birthday

(today is my birthday and yet i created this rather depressing piece in a matter of ten minutes. i would have written a happy poem but it seems my mind doesn't work in that way lol today was an really good day and i enjoyed it very much. i am now 18 and hopefully things will be brighter this year)

in silence you blow out the decaying candles...]  
 
shadows and loud music are the only company you have...  
another year is killing you on the inside to live another...  
 
tomorrow rests patiently to awaken a new dawn...  
but for you it is on a permanent pause...  
   
maybe next year will be better for you...  
maybe happiness will cling to you and not leave you to depression...  
 
sometimes it's easier to cry and feel the pain of a razor...  
feel the blood trickle from ruptured veins...  
 
that permanent stop is put in place by your mind...  
you decide to put it into action...
