Death's Game
The awful monster can tear us apart
If we are not strong in mind and heart
Be ready the battle is about to start
The taste of blood isn't sweet but tart
Our shackles weighed down with deadly chains
We go through sorrow, misery, and pains
Just to take a spin on one of the agony trains
We clean but cannot get rid of the stains
We give everything to someone trying to blame
We don't want heartache, we want fame
We swallow the humiliation and shame
Why are we still playing death's game?
If we are not strong in mind and heart
Be ready the battle is about to start
The taste of blood isn't sweet but tart
Our shackles weighed down with deadly chains
We go through sorrow, misery, and pains
Just to take a spin on one of the agony trains
We clean but cannot get rid of the stains
We give everything to someone trying to blame
We don't want heartache, we want fame
We swallow the humiliation and shame
Why are we still playing death's game?
