We are here
We know you long for that "just" comforting embrace;
The redundant echoes of your silent pleas beat us where it hurts,
But we have berthed your wailing hearts into our innefable cores,
We are here because you are there,
We are hurt when you are
We cry when you cry
Our ears are alerted to the sound of your clanging bells;
We are here to embrace you and confer love,
To save you and give you hope,
Because we are hurt when you are...
We cry when you cry
We are here to sing lullabies to your lilting brains;
We are here to be with you and give you strength,
Unlike intermittent rains WE ARE HERE now and forever
WE ARE HERE to stop the abuse of women and children.

Nothing much to say on the build of it. Nicely done. As for context, I could've sworn this was pertaining to Pleiadians and the like until that last line. Maybe it's just me but that was a masterful stroke for my reading experience. A twist if you will.
