My bestfriend..
They always say that at one point or another, best friends will fall for each other.. whether it's at the wrong time, a bad time, or the perfect time.. It will happen.
Well, this happened to me once before, and I can't believe that I was dumb enough to not realize.
I had a best friend for about 5 years now, and not so long ago, we fell for each other.
We had a bitter sweet romance for the simple fact that, we didn't realize what was happening before it was too late.
It's been about 3 years since I've seen her last, and let me just tell you.. I remember every detail about her still.
I remember every flaw she had because for whatever reason, in my mind it made her better than she ever was before.
I remember the way that when she would see something that she liked and her eyes would just light up.
And I remember the last time that I seen her, the way that the moon light radiated off of her skin and the way that the fire works in the sky gave her face a certain light that was unachievable by anything else in the world.
In all that was wrong in my life, she was always my sure thing, my one sign that I knew that I had something right going in my life.
Until she left.. Her parents decided that it was better for her to be hauled off to Texas.
And since then, nothing has felt as right as the last time that I looked into her eyes and the last time that I got to see her in person.. Nothing, nothing at all.
