Epic Warriors

They burned like flameless candles
And their daily survival made them carnivores;
They were feared but never be worshipped
Yet their skills could be bartered for their legacy.
They wandered from shore to shore on their serum thirst
Juggling & joggling in their quivers of non-repentance
Like the parting of the sun’s rays from the object of peace
But weave their infinite enlightening of the dark inheritance.
Millions of souls horse-powered such human ignorance
De-energized & recharged this bituminous brevity
As if the evening sun self kills its day-long glory & forfeits
Their pathetic darkness overpowered on their graves of death.
