Evermore
Tear into me, Embrace your hate, Strike me down from my throne
You placed me upon this pedestal, I willingly stood by with patience
Waiting for you to take me down and throw my heart to the ground
Instead you walked away, How the fuck could you do this to me
You left me a broken, useless man without the ability to stand
Inside my own kingdom, I am drowning beneath your memory
This crown weighs heavy, Your heart drags me down evermore
Come back to me, So I can break you down and end this now
I could never be satisfied with indifference, Pick your side and stay
Hate with every bit of you or love with every fiber of your being
Don’t promise me the world while you steal my world away
You hypocrite, I will rip the heavens down upon you from my hell
In the end, When your breath is ragged, And lies are forgiven
Will you beg to take me back, Or embrace my blackened heart
Will you speak to me once more, Will you kiss my lips
Spreading your poison into every vein and artery
