a native American

took my land
and stole my home
they said I would be free
if i signed a paper

they found what
they wanted and

I am not going to say that I can relate, for each ethnic group in the US has it own sources of pain and heartbreak. I can however empathize and remind others that when an injustice is done to anyone in our human family we all suffer, whether it be placing Asians in camps during WWII, working Latinos to death in the produce fields, or forcing Native Americans from their homes and destroying their ways of life.
