Dusk is the Lonely Keeper
The day is dark and the night is cold
The water is so much deeper
Glimmers sweep the coming dawn gold
But the dusk is the lonely keeper
When the dawn of the day has become the dusk
The fire has frozen to death
The fight is biting at the frost
Night has fallen without sunset
When you want to speak
Too much to say
You want to leave
But need to stay
When your heart feels so heavy
And your head full of fire
Your steps are all steady
Your smile a liar
When everything is crumbling down
Everyone is gone
Pieces lie on the ground
But still the time goes on
The water is so much deeper
Glimmers sweep the coming dawn gold
But the dusk is the lonely keeper
When the dawn of the day has become the dusk
The fire has frozen to death
The fight is biting at the frost
Night has fallen without sunset
When you want to speak
Too much to say
You want to leave
But need to stay
When your heart feels so heavy
And your head full of fire
Your steps are all steady
Your smile a liar
When everything is crumbling down
Everyone is gone
Pieces lie on the ground
But still the time goes on
