I think the last line would work better and be more coherent as just "(be still)" but other than that, as opheliac said, this is a good piece of unashamedly brutal, both in emotional and physical content, short poem.

I love that you put it out there just the way people want it.  Yes you could have added a bunch of pretty words, but it would of been fake..I love the REALNESS...
