parable of life
here we find
ourselves in this parable of delight.
designed around us in this thing
we assume is our lives.
the control you feel, whether it is of you or by
you, is of no consequence.
we move forward to the end of it all and i
hope we can be free.
i claw my way up this rock cliff
breaking off finger nails.
when i am at the top i will be satisfied with it all.
i will look down and decide to fall back down.
i crash upon the rocks in a bloody mess with pieces of me everywhere.
no worries the crabs and fish will clean this up.
