There are a decent number of typos here, but don't let that fool you. I love this! I'm all about the dark underworld of poetry, it's so much more entertaining to read a poem when it sends chills down your spine! If you'd like, I could copy/paste the poem to a reply and edit the typos for you to copy/paste to the poem editor.

There's alot of depth here. Scars from past wounds, tears from current ones, and fear of future ones. I see weakness and self hatred in the tears and bad self image but I think it's a mask of the past. The truth I see is strenght and self insight in knowing the fears are the wrong ones. Great poem keep getting it out. It sounds as if you are on the verge or had a break through. I could be wrong but just the feeling I got by reading this. Thanks for posting

Bleeding Nails tapping against her thigh
Bald patches covered by thin strands of broken twisted hair
She can't wear makeup anymore
For the tears she faces are much too strong
And the fears she faces are much too wrong
Sitting on her ass in chains
Scars cover her face
Bleeding wrist with cuffs holding tight
She doesn't even have enough left to fight
I cant bear to look at her
My daddy beats her every night
I bring her plates of food and feed her
Her throat is always bleeding
Shes not allowed clothes
Sometimes I wish
I could just let her go

There ya go. And there should be an apostrophe between the 'y' and the 's' in the word 'Daddy's' in the title. Glad to be of service!
