Consumed by My Rebirth
Restore the past, to rebuild your future, to fortify your present
Memories cloud your mind instead of strengthening your will
Scars bring you to your knees instead of strengthening your shoulders
The weight of the world is but an expression meant to justify self-pity
I will no longer allow weakness to consume me, I have forsaken my vices
Stand up amongst the ash, To be consumed by smoke and the lingering fire
Breathe in the clouds of dust, To cleanse your lungs of hopeless words
Sift through the ground until you find an ember, Hold it in your hand
Let the warmth consume your every pore and be at peace with agony
I will no longer allow my skin to be a hindrance, I have grown in hell
Reinforce the barriers in your skin, But lower the barriers in your mind
You accept physical corruption but flee from the love that begs to be heard
Vices become beauty, Inhumane becomes regularity, Foolish becomes accepted
Twisted morals are the uniform of the broken and hateful
I will no longer allow my animosity to consume me, I have forsaken my burdens
