Is This All There Ever Was?
I write sins not tragedies.
Strangers don't give candies.
Tearing you limb from limb.
Hymn sung on a whim.
In murky waters we swim.
Successful? that was only the prelim.
Any perfect?
Lies make it.
Lies break it.
Together in sin
Here I am smiling within.
Ever with tears rolling on my chin.
Return to the bin,
Everlasting within.
Even as I am forgotten.
Vaguely rotten.
Ebony made of cotton.
Reverse in the fought'n.
Weary and dreary from the fight.
Alas too strong to take a bite.
Selfishness has everyone in their sights.
