Hush my sweet angel dont you cry
Your pain is gone now say goodbye
Your soul is free its time to fly
Open your wings and reach for the sky
I wish that you could stay with me
But God is calling your spirit is free
He's waiting for you with open arms
He'll keep you safe and keep you warm
And though for now we are apart
I hold you close inside my heart
And when the end is near for me
I know together we will be
