afraid to step

Shes afraid to take a chance,
To take a chance with me.
But i can feel shes the one i need,
distance seems to be my enemy.
circumstances even works against me.
I've been told that its not worth it.
that she would tear my soul out,
that it wasnt safe.
and to that i truly doubt.
her and i are so alike.
