Audition

You don't think
I know
what you desire

As you read
these penned lines
of wicked seduction

You smile to yourself
a fragile smile
fantasizing what it must
be like

To join me
dive into the pool
of sweet and prickly
delights

But could you really
take the erotic plunge
and breathe only

Live in a world
where I am both
the sun and the moon
while you are everything else
beneath my feet

For to be mine
my beloved consort
requires no less
than all that you are

The path will be trying
strewn with both
tickling mink and sharp thorns
silky whispers and sandpaper commands

But you will be the sole
star of this sensual play
and I your devoted
audience of one

but do you dare ...
