Inner city voice.

Spoken word, My words and my world
My brain and mind clash like titans
Teenager death due to mass mindless violence
I'm on the freeway in my lane crossing word bridges
While my vocabulary collapses the neurons & brain waves
Look around while your drivin' round
At all the liqueur stores surrounded by evil men
And back stabbing crack heads and dope fiends
In the midst I reminisce about good times
Back when ignorance truly was bliss
Now all you see is racial tension and corruption
But in my spoken word, My words and my world
I build up townships while going around and give wisdom to the wisest
All while they worry about wars over seas
While I see my best friends die in the street
I see the truth for what it is A world destroyed and left for us to rebuild
