no worries, darling, all is groovy as grass
tiles dirt stained, walls
of moss and a roof cracked thru
to show the sequined moon.
strangely this place,
of coarsest similitude
smiles into the slinking lurch of a day
and reflects her grin in worthy philanthropies
yon & hither a-cross the bonny bay.
elfin aphrodisiacs of the soil
vibrate golden offshoots of poesy
and subliminal song
which bees & worms well know
& rise to greet the enraptured swell
as weathercock crows
into fiery faery morn
& i reel into the bosom
of this glow here with you; So O
worry not, Dear Heart,
we gave fine funeral to the winter
and she sailed quietly away
and now the sky is wide
and the sun is bright
and the land wild wild,
in all directions wild wild
