The Ending Thought

He places the ladder under the rope
hanging high above him from the steel structure,
every thought rushing through his head but
still convinced he must end it all or all will suffer
do to his mistakes and problems he always caused.

Standing there at the bottom of the ladder staring up
at the noose shape at the end of the rope,
where he would be hanging from.

The thoughts all came to a hault...looking down at his
hands,
he wondered if anyone would care if he put himself out of
misory,
but no one would care is what continued to be the answer.

No one gave a damn and never would...slowly climbing the
ladder with tears streaming down his cheeks,
he thought he knew it would solve everything.

Reaching the top where the rope hung high,
he turned to face it and slowly placed it around his neck
then tightened it,
he called everyone he knew as he stood there bawling away,
but no one answered any of their phones.

It all came to conclusion that no one answered which therefore
no one gave a shit what he wanted or thought or even if he
lived or died.

The last person to call was his girlfriend...
she was the only one that answered of all his family,
she knew sumthing was wrong the lack of enthusiasm in his
voice gave it away...

His last word to her was I Love You sweetheart,
he dropped the phone and kicked the ladder.

While he hung there gasping for breath kicking his legs
and grabbing at his throat everything..kind of just..disappeared.
The life in his eyes siezed to have any longer visibility and a white glaze covered his eyes.

His uncle knocked on the door and wih no response grew
worried, he then got the keys and unlocked it,
as the door opened, he walked in and the color in his face bled out.
falling to his knees staring he knew he wasn't lieing about
any of is severity of sadness and depression.
