Shatterd heart

I can't understand how it can be so easy for someone to just get over you after being with you almost every day, after saying your their world, after loving you.
You on the other hand you feel as your heart has shattered and the pieces just remain sharp, jagged, in your chest stabbing back at your insides .
You can't just let it go as much as you'd like for the pain to cease your heart still loves past the hurt.
It's all you can think about from the time you wake up to the moment you lay your head on your pillow and close your eyes.
Even you dreams are consumed by your over thinking mind....
