Passion Denied

Is it not enough that my body so aches from a far
a touch that evades my grasp
body hunger left unchecked
a tiger on a barren plain

Not enough that you as saunter to and fro
a hunter is spotting a target
and pursing the exchange
which I can touch only in dreams

On your lips will be placed sweet surrenders
pleasures that engage the core of
what it means to be a man
haunting images that make my sheets damp

As I respond in slumber to REM suggestions
your voice which is light in a sensual tour de force
the thighs creamy and inviting
until overcome with a bursting of friction's product

Devour- abandoned is any obstacle

Enchantment- pulsed by a call that can't be resisted

Finality- the conclusion a series of reactions and stimulants

Transference- replacing him with me
