Kelton
I am always wondering,
Can you see me
Can you hear me
Is your soul still breathing
I am at a loss
Words won't flow
Onto to this paper
I wish my pen explode
with ideas of what to say to you.
No, this is not another sappy love poem
No, it's not about why I hurt all the time
It's just some words
To my dead friend Kelton
Your eyes like a magical chocolate river
Your hand so cold like every December
Your hair so fluffy like a lions maine.
Your heat was made from pure gold
Your smile was bright and bold
while your mind wondered with thoughts untold.
Every girl, ugly and shy
Pretty and outgoing
Fell for your killer mood
With a little help from your looks
What happened to you Mr.Lion?
I read your storys
Heard your laugh
I would kill to have you back
But yet the drugs got another
Bright, young, student
as its own.
Your leg was made of metal
Just like that ring of your notebook
That held your storys of acid
and pills untold
I always worried one day they'd get the best
But I never thought it would be a best friend
When they told me
My heart just sank
I fell to the floor
and tried to scream
But no sound came out
My eyes started to water
and pain went away
I was so numb
and could not believe
Something so close could be torn away.
Can you see me
Can you hear me
Is your soul still breathing
I am at a loss
Words won't flow
Onto to this paper
I wish my pen explode
with ideas of what to say to you.
