Lyings so much easier

How much longer can she take it?
Broken by all she knows,
Lied to by the world
Only he knows the secret

He knows she can't change who she is
And she wants him to know
The truth

She cares for him.
She'll always be there.
She could even fall in love

Why bother to admit it though?
It's not like he'd understand
